Cancellation Policy

Services can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the service is initiated. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@xloud.tech. If the order has already been processed or the service initiated, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only for eligible cancellations or failed transactions. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Razorpay processing fees and transaction charges are non-refundable unless required by law. In case of double payment or incorrect billing, please reach out within 48 hours.
